By placing an order you confirm that you have read the product specification, quantity and delivery terms in the proforma invoice.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Product colours and printing may vary slightly between production batches.
• Technical data (diameter, bore, segment height) is nominal and subject to standard tolerances.
• Title passes upon full payment; risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms.

Governing law: the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved by negotiation.
