Shipping & delivery

Orders are shipped from Ezhou, Hubei, China. Standard terms are FOB Shanghai or Ningbo; CIF and door-to-door delivery can be quoted on request.

• Sample orders: 3–7 days after payment.
• Bulk orders: 15–30 days depending on quantity and customization.
• Shipping methods: sea freight (LCL/FCL), air freight and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
• We provide commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin for customs clearance.

Please inspect the packing list on arrival and report any damage within 7 days with photos.
