Returns

Please check the goods on arrival. Returns are accepted when the product does not match the confirmed specification, or when a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

• Notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos or video.
• Approved returns must be shipped back within 15 days in original packaging.
• For defects we cover return freight and replace or refund.
• Custom-made (OEM) items are non-returnable unless defective.
